Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags, free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up and in its original packaging. 

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • If all items in a free shipped order is returned, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
  • No restocking fee
  • Final sale items: Sale, Final Sale, Jewelry, Accessories collection can't be returned


Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund with the return label cost deducted.


Your return package needs to be shipped back within the 30 days of receiving your order or you may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Please make sure to use the provided label for your return. You may not receive a refund if the item is sent to the wrong address.


All sale items are final sale. All sale items will end in .99 and/or will have final sale in the description.
