Shipping InformationLavender Latte Boutique is currently shipping to customers within the United States and U.S. territories including P.O. boxes, all US Military bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for orders of $0-$34.99. We offer free shipping for orders over $35.
Our shipping locations are: Los Angeles, California, and China. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Domestic shipping time is 2-5 business days. Overseas shipping time is 7-14 business days. Your order will be processed within 2 business days of your order date. Please allow for at least 7 business days from the order date before you contact us about packages.
An email with tracking number will be sent automatically when your order is shipped.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags, free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up and in its original packaging.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund with the return label cost deducted.
Your return package needs to be shipped back within the 30 days of receiving your order or you may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Please make sure to use the provided label for your return. You may not receive a refund if the item is sent to the wrong address.
