COMMON QUESTIONS:
Q: I am between sizes. What size should I buy?
A: Typically, you want to buy a size down for oversized/relaxed fit items or items made from highly stretchy fabric; and a size up for fitted items (such as leggings) or nonstretch fabric. The stretch of the fabric is indicated in the product description for most products.
Q: How to measure my bust?
A: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Q: How to measure my waist?
A: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, above your belly and below your ribcage.

Provide your bust, waist and hip measurements and your normal size for a size recommendation for specific items.
Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
Lavender Latte Boutique is currently shipping to customers within the United States and U.S. territories including P.O. boxes, all US Military bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for orders of $0-$34.99. We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $35.
Our shipping location is in Los Angeles, California. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Domestic shipping time is 2-5 business days. Your order will be processed within 2 business days of your order date. Please allow for at least 7 business days from the order date before you contact us about packages.
An email with tracking number will be sent automatically when your order is shipped.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to 191 countries/regions worldwide. Additional shipping costs will apply at checkout. International shipping may take 4-12 weeks to arrive.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags, free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up and in its original packaging.

- Customer provides return shipping
- If all items in a free shipped order are returned, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
- 10% restocking fee
- Final sale items: Sale, Final Sale, Shoes, Jewelry, Accessories collection can't be returned
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund with the return label cost deducted.
Your return package needs to be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order or your return will not be accepted. Please make sure to use the provided label for your return. You may not receive a refund if the item is sent to the wrong address.
